Is 2012 representing a new beginning instead of an ending? Maybe it is not as doom and gloom as some people are making it out to be. Maybe it is it he very catalyst that is needed by humanity to trigger the mass awakening that is needed if humanity hopes to continue life on this planet in a sustainable fashion. Perhaps it is a blessing in disguise. No longer can the old ways of doing things continue if human existence is going to be sustainable. Doomsday may seem imminent to those who are predicting the end of the world in 2102, Armageddon and the Apocalypse. However, the future is a moving target and humanity can choose from many probable/possible futures to pick a better outcome if it wants to.
